Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your furniture to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the item is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Arrange a convenient collection time with our delivery team for large furniture items, or return smaller home accessories directly to our showroom.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
