Do you provide professional assembly services?
Yes, we offer a 'White Glove' assembly service for an additional fee. Our professional team will deliver, unpack, assemble your furniture in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-ordered sofas or mattresses cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Does Moy Furniture Centre offer any warranties?
All of our furniture comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Many of our premium sofa ranges and mattresses carry extended warranties of up to 10 years.
Can I see the furniture in person before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can visit our showroom to experience the quality and comfort of our pieces firsthand. Our staff are available to provide expert advice and fabric swatches.
